Airlines for America pax up 2%, load factor up 1 ppt in Aug-2012

Airlines for America (A4A) reported (26-Sep-2012) the following traffic highlights for Aug-2012:

Passenger enplanements: 49.6 million, +2.2% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 42.2 million, +2.0%;
- International: 7.4 million, +3.2%;
Load factor: 87.2%, +0.9 ppt;
- Domestic: 87.4%, +0.8 ppt;
- International: 86.8%, +1.0 ppt.
