Airline ownership and control regulations outdated: ELFAA secretary general

European Low Fares Airline Association (ELFAA) secretary general John Hanlon, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) regulations on airline ownership and control are outdated. Mr Hanlon said, "once you have open skies its contradictory to worry about who owns them."
