Airline associations must deliver value to members: ERAA director general

European Regions Airline Association (ERAA) director general Simon McNamara, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) airline associations need to deliver value to their members. Mr McNamara said associations need to be "opinion leaders" on key topics and also have an important role in networking and knowledge sharing.
