Airbus forecasts two thirds of current Asia Pacific commercial fleet will be retired by 2035

Airbus head of marketing Asia and North America Joost van der Haijden, speaking at the CAPA Fleet & Finance Summit, said (03-Mar-2017) the manufacturer projects that 3960 of the 5960 aircraft in service in the Asia Pacific region will need to be replaced by 2035.
