Airbus delivers more than 110 new aircraft to Chinese airlines in 2010

Airbus stated it delivered more than 110 new aircraft to Chinese airlines in 2010, accounting for 22% of the company's production in 2010 (China Daily, 27-Jan-2011). Most of these were from the A320 family, including 26 assembled in Tianjin. The in-service Airbus aircraft fleet in China has grown to more than 650 aircraft. By the end of 2010, 37 Tianjin-assembled A320 aircraft had been delivered to eight Chinese airlines.
