AirAsia X Berhad’s newly consolidated group recorded 18.1 million passengers in the three months ended 31-Dec-2025, with 113,619 flights and an 83.6% load factor.1 For the same quarter, it posted revenue of MYR920.8 million and net profit of MYR78.6 million.2 AirAsia Aviation Group previously reported 224 aircraft in its FY2024 fleet, ahead of the consolidation exercise.3
