AirAsia MOVE CFO outlines payment trends

AirAsia MOVE CFO Ramanathan AMN Thiagarajan, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia, stated (01-Oct-2026) the biggest changes in payment for airline customers in the last two to three years include the trend towards more local payment methods, the greater use of apps and the adoption of flexible payment methods, including payment in instalments.
