Air Transat confirmed it planned to suspend Cuba services until 30-Apr-2026 after Cuban authorities advised of a jet fuel shortage.1 Air Transat also adjusted North American flying, with spokesperson Marie-Ève Vallières confirming Montreal-Orlando would be suspended from 04-May-2026 and Quebec City/Montreal-Fort Lauderdale would be suspended in May/Jun-2026 as it refocused capacity on better-positioned markets.2 Air Canada executive VP Mark Galardo said Air Canada also suspended Cuba services and redeployed capacity elsewhere with minimal expected financial impact.3
