Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) previously issued Air Transat multiple codeshare licences, including for Kenya and for Thailand, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.1 2 CTA also granted Air Transat codeshare authorisations for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, as well as Lebanon, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, with Lebanon described as temporary and “extrabilateral”.3 4 CTA later issued Air Transat a temporary codeshare licence for Canada-Iraq services through 30-Jun-2028.5
