Air Transat announces retirement of PCEO, administrative restructure and appointment of GM

Air Transat announced (25-Apr-2013) the retirement of chairman, president and CEO Allen Graham, as well as an administrative restructuring and the appointment of Jean-Francois Lemay as GM, effective immediately. Mr Graham will retire from the company on 30-Jun-2013. Air Transat is also simplifying its administrative structure, a procedure that has resulted in the abolition of 47 positions, as part of a three-year plan for a return to profitability in 2014.
