Air Tanzania expanded its international network in 2026, confirming the start of Accra on 28-Jan-2026 on its Dar es Salaam–Lagos–Accra routing, initially operated with a Boeing 737 MAX nine and scheduled with A220-300 equipment three times weekly1. It also launched three times weekly Dar es Salaam–Lagos and was the sole scheduled operator on the route2. Air Tanzania also scheduled a Dar es Salaam–Mumbai increase from four times weekly to daily from 04-Jun-2026, remaining the only scheduled operator3.
