Air France-KLM outlines main strategic priorities out to 2024

Air France-KLM outlined (05-Nov-2019) the following strategic priorities over the next five years:

  • Optimise the operating model, reducing operating costs and increasing efficiency through simplification of internal processes, accelerating fleet renewal and lobbying French authorities to create a more competitive airline business environment;
  • Refocus growth of passenger revenue on the most profitable segments by leveraging hubs and simplifying its brand portfolio around three "master brands": Air France, KLM, and Transavia;
  • Continue to grow its other businesses and leverage customer data, accelerate development of the Flying Blue FFP, cargo and engineering and maintenance;
