Air France-KLM seeks company for further acquisitions

Air France-KLM CEO Pierre-Henri Gourgeon reportedly stated the carrier is considering a new organisation that would enable it to make more acquisitions and better integrate the current JV (La Tribune/Reuters, 02-Feb-2011). Mr Gourgeon reportedly revealed the idea in an internal speech in Jan-2011. "Other projects of convergence ... are underway to allow us to pursue consolidation. We have to have a more international vision of our organisation," Mr Gourgeon reportedly stated.
