Air France-KLM passenger numbers up 2% in Apr-2012, RASK up

Air France-KLM passenger numbers up 2% – traffic highlights for Apr-2012:

  • Passenger numbers: 6.5 million, +2.0% year-on-year;
  • Passenger load factor: 83.3%, +2.0 ppts;
    • Europe: 76.1%, +0.9 ppt;
    • Americas: 88%, +1.9 ppts;
    • Asia Pacific: 85.3%, +3.9 ppts;
    • Africa and Middle East: 80.6%, +2.9 ppts;
    • Caribbean and Indian Ocean: 83.8%, +0.1 ppt;
  • Cargo traffic (FTKs): -8.3%;

AirFrance-KLM: “The number of passengers rose 2.0% to 6.51 millions. Unit revenue per available seat kilometre (RASK) ex-currency increased compared with Apr-2011.
