Cyprus Airways previously planned to deploy two A220s from Larnaca to multiple destinations including Athens, Milan and Paris in winter 2023/24, after leasing two A220s in Jul-2023 and introducing them in Aug-20231. Cyprus Airways and Aegean Airlines also launched a codeshare partnership effective 20-Jun-2023, including Aegean codesharing on Cyprus Airways services to Paris, Rome and Milan, and Cyprus Airways codesharing on Aegean services within Greece plus Madrid and Barcelona2.
