Air Canada previously outlined plans for an NDC programme offering multiple access options, expanded content and added trade support, alongside a distribution cost recovery for GDS EDIFACT tickets from 14-Jun-2023, with early adopters including Priceline, Flight Centre and Fareportal.1 Air Canada also partnered with APG to distribute full NDC content via the APG NDC platform to more than 2000 travel agency partners, including after-sales servicing capabilities.2 Air Canada earlier partnered with Concur TripLink to help companies capture direct corporate bookings while retaining reporting and corporate benefits.3
