Aerostar Airport Holdings CEO: Communication improved between us and airlines due to COVID-19

Aerostar Airport Holdings president and CEO Jorge Hernandez, speaking at CAPA Live July 2021, stated (14-Jul-2021) that the complexity of relations between the company and airlines was exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr Hernandez also said he believes "communication overall improved" as a result of the pandemic, adding that increased daily communication "triggered from our end the launch of our biometric initiative... which will improve the overall customer experience for the airlines".
