Aéroports de Paris revenue up 4.2%, traffic down 4.7%

France's Aéroports de Paris revenue up 4.2% - financial/traffic highlights for the 12 months ended 31-Dec-2009:

  • Revenue: EUR2,633 million, +4.2% year-on-year;
    • Aviation: EUR1,430 million, +5.7%;
      • Aeronautical: EUR782.8 million, +1.0%;
      • Ancillary: 167.5 million, +19.0%;
      • Airport security tax: EUR433.5 million, +11.5%;
      • Other: 45.7 million, -4.3%;
    • Retail & Services: EUR869.7 million, +0.2%;
      • Commercial: EUR375.4 million, +1.1%;
      • Parking and access roads: EUR143.4 million, -5.2%;
      • Rental: EUR104.1 million, +29.7%;
    • Real Estate: EUR213.7 million, +2.3%;
    • Ground handling: EUR187.0 million, -4.7%;
    • Other: EUR251.8 million, +17.9%;
  • EBITDA (loss): EUR883 million, +4.1%;
    • Aviation: EUR343.4 million, +5.3%;
    • Retail & Services: EUR402.2 million, +0.7%;
    • Real Estate: EUR116.6 million, +11.8%;
    • Ground handling: (EUR2.5 million), compared to a loss of EUR10.8 million in the previous corresponding period;
    • Other: EUR22.7 million, -22.0%;
  • Net profit: EUR269.5 million, -1.1%;
  • Passenger numbers: 83.0 million, -4.7%;
