Aéroports de Paris pax down 1%, Asia Pacific fastest growing region in Apr-2013

France's Aéroports de Paris reported (14-May-2013) the following traffic highlights for Apr-2013:

• Passenger numbers: 7.5 million, -1.4% year-on-year;
  
  • France: +1.4%;
  • Europe: -3.7%;
  • Other international: -0.2%;
    
    • Africa: -1.0%;
    • North America: -3.15;
    • Latin America: +1.1%;
    • Middle East: -2.3%;
    • Asia Pacific: +7.9%;
    • French overseas territories: -2.4%;
• Aircraft movements: 59,335, -0.6%.

The airport operator also reported a 6.5% increase in connecting passengers to 883,846 for a connecting rate of 22.9% and a seat load factor of 80.4%.
