ASSA previously confirmed it reached an agreement with Aeromexico, averting strike action planned for 01-Jun-2026, with a 4.16% salary increase and a biannual review guaranteeing inflation plus 0.5% by 2027.1 Separately, ASPA announced a wage increase deal with Aeromexico providing a 7.5% salary increase and a 12.5% rise in other contractual benefits, subject to member approval.2
