AerCap signed a firm Airbus order for 23 A320neo and 77 A321neo aircraft, with deliveries from 2028 to 2034, and it also planned long term LEAP-1A engine leases via its Shannon Engine Support JV with Safran Aircraft Engines from 2Q2026; AerCap CEO Aengus Kelly said the aircraft would meet customer growth and replacement demand1. AerCap also signed a seven year agreement with GE Aerospace covering GE9X lease pool management and extending lease pool support for GEnx engines2.
