Aer Lingus reports (10-Jan-2011) the following traffic highlights:

  • Dec-2010:
    • Passenger numbers: 572,000, -25.3% year-on-year;
      • Short-haul: 504,000, -27.3%;
      • Long-haul: 68,000, -6.8%;
    • Load factor: 74.6%, +2.7 ppts;
      • Short-haul: 73.2%, +3.7 ppts;
      • Long-haul: 76.6%, -0.2 ppt;
  • 12 months ended Dec-2010:
    • Passenger numbers: 9.7 million, -9.6%;
      • Short-haul: 8.8 million, -9%;
      • Long-haul: 907,000, -15%;
    • Load factor: 77.8%, +2.1 ppts;
      • Short-haul: 77.7%, -0.1 ppt;
