Aegean notes challenge facing revenue management in 5-10 years

Aegean director of revenue management Roland Jaggi, speaking at ACTE-CAPA Global Summit, stated (27-Oct-2016) the biggest challenges facing airline revenue management in the next five to 10 years is how to provide revenue optimised price available to customers. He said airlines should and will explore it more and more in terms of generating additional sources of revenue, stating: "it is the future".
