ADARA says airlines can better collaborate to make data available to partners for personalisation

ADARA SVP of business development Tobias Wessels, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (12-Apr-2016) airlines can collaborate in better ways to make data available to partners for personalisation. He cited a trend of targeting customers prior to their arrival at the airport. ADARA talks to its airline partners, to see if data can be used to promote duty free offers to customers: "We do [data] share with the airlines, and everyone wins."
