ACI reports 5% rise in Jan-2010 pax numbers, 25% increase in cargo

Airports Council International (ACI) reports (04-Mar-2010) the following traffic highlights in Jan-2010:

Passenger numbers: 259.3 million, +5.4% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 141.1 million, +5.2%;
- International: 115.5 million, +5.8%;
Cargo volume: 5.0 million tonnes, +24.7%;
- Domestic: 1.6 million tonnes, +10.6%;
- International: 3.3 million tonnes, +33.7%. [more]
