ACI-NA issued a letter with 17 other organisations urging congressional leaders to extend aviation funding programmes authorised under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, warning that surface-transport connectivity programmes were nearing expiry and legislative time was running short.1 ACI-NA also published reports estimating US commercial airports supported 12.8 million jobs and generated USD1.8 trillion in output in 2024, while projecting at least USD173.9 billion of infrastructure funding needs through 2029.2
