ACI: Asia Pacific airports pax up 11%, Middle Eastern airports up 10.5% in Feb-2016

ACI Asia Pacific reported (27-Apr-2016) passenger traffic at Asia Pacific airports increased 11% year-on-year while passenger traffic at Middle Eastern airports increased 10.5% in Feb-2016. Among the top 10 airports in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region, four airports reported double digit growth, including New Delhi (+22.8%), Seoul Incheon (+14.1%), Singapore (+11.7%) and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (+10.5%). The top Asia-Pacific freight hubs all suffered a decline from last year, Hong Kong (-14.9%), Shanghai (-13.1%), Incheon (-9.4%), while Delhi generated the highest growth of 13.7%.
