ACCC receives applications for trans-Tasman alliance from Virgin Blue and Air New Zealand

Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) announced (12-May-2010) it has received applications for the authorisation from Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue and Air New Zealand of their proposed 'Australiasian Airline Alliance Agreement'. The alliance covers codesharing and coordination between Virgin Blue and Air New Zealand of trans-Tasman passenger services. The ACCC invites public submissions on the application. [more]
