Aarhus Airport reported 69,680 passengers in Aug-2026 (+24.4% year-on-year), with year-to-date traffic up 17.9%, and CEO Lotta Sandsgaard said "2027 is shaping up to be a travel season with good activity".1 Apollo Rejser previously planned to launch summer 2027 charters from Aarhus to Ioannina and Chania.1 The airport also stated Apollo Rejser planned an Aarhus-Crete charter from 15-Jun-2026, operated by Aegean Airlines, while airlines added more than 130,000 seats from Aarhus in summer 2026.2
