AAR introduced a new reporting structure effective Q4FY2026, retaining Parts Supply and creating Repair, Engineering and Software, Government Solutions and Legacy Commercial Programmes, with plans to wind down LCP and divest supporting assets over three to four years.1 Chairman, president and CEO John M Holmes said LCP required significant asset pools and no longer met capital return thresholds, and the wind-down was expected to simplify the model and lift margins and returns on capital.1
