Airlines for America (A4A) reported (08-Feb-2017) the following traffic highlights for its member airlines in Dec-2016:

• Passengers: 39.3 million, +2.1% year-on-year;
• • Domestic: 33.6 million, +1.8%;
  • International: 5.8 million, +4.0%;
  • • Trans-Atlantic: 1.0 million, -2.8%;
    • Latin America: 3.9 million, +3.9%;
    • Asia Pacific: 863,000, +14.3%;
• Load factor: 82.6%, -0.1 ppt;
• • Domestic: 83.7%, -0.6 ppt;
  • International: 80.2%, +0.9 ppt;
  • • Trans-Atlantic: 78.1%, +1.4 ppt;
    • Latin America: 80.7%, +0.8 ppt;
