Airlines for America (A4A) reported (22-Jun-2016) the following traffic highlights for its member airlines in Apr-2016:

• Passenger numbers: 38.2 million, +1.6% year-on-year;
• • Domestic: 33.1 million, +1.7%;
  • International: 5.2 million, +1.0%;
  • Trans-Atlantic: 1.1 million, -3.0%;
  • Latin America: 3.3 million, +1.8%;
  • Asia Pacific: 719,000, +3.6%;
• Load factor: 81.7%, -0.4 ppt;
• • Domestic: 84.4%, -0.6 ppt;
  • International: 76.0%, -0.1 ppt;
  • Trans-Atlantic: 70.9%, -2.8 ppts;
  • Latin America: 79.4%, +1.5 ppts;
  • Asia Pacific: 78.3%, +1.4 ppts.
