737 MAX grounding has EUR144m impact on TUI Group EBITA in Q3FY2019

TUI Group reported (13-Aug-2019) EBITA of negative EUR103.9 million in its markets and airlines business segment in Q3FY2019, down from positive EBITA of EUR37.2 million in Q3FY2018. The result is in particular due to the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX fleet with an impact of EUR144 million. Total costs related to the grounding will be up to EUR300 million in FY2019.
