LFV Group divided into two arms: Swedavia and LFV

Swedavia, a newly-established company arising from the division of the LFV Group, commenced the management, development and promotion of Sweden's 14 state-owned airports on 01-Apr-2010, with LFV to be responsible for air navigation services (TREND, 01-Apr-2010). Since 1947, Luftartsverket's operations have included both airport services and air navigation services. The division of the organisation will allow the respective managements and boards of directors to focus on their core businesses.
