Rosaviatsiya approves opening of new Rostov Platov Airport

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) issued (08-Nov-2017) approval for the opening of Rostov Platov Airport. The airport features an ICAO category II, 3600m x 45m runway, an apron with 45 aircraft spaces and an apron for cargo operations. Airfield infrastructure was developed using federal budget funds.
