Wizz Air: Senior Management Update
13-Dec-2016 Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air", the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces that, following a change in personal circumstances, its Chief Financial Officer, Sonia Jerez Burdeus, has today submitted her resignation in order to relocate back to Spain where she will take up another job. She will remain with the Company for her full notice period to 13 March 2017, overseeing the Company's interim management statement for the third quarter of the current financial year. The Company has started the process of recruiting a new Chief Financial Officer for the Group and will make a further announcement in due course.
