Widerøe selected global launch customer for the new E-Jet E2

22-Feb-2017 Widerøe is proud to be selected global launch customer for the newly developed Embraer flagship, the E-Jet E2. December 2016 Widerøe signed an agreement for the delivery of three E190-E2, and an option for additional 12 aircrafts. It is a massive accreditation of Widerøe to be selected the very first airline to put this brand new aircraft into service, and a big leap in Widerøe's long history of turboprop operations. The first aircraft is to be delivered Mars 2018.
