Update to our special meal requests

Due to operational reasons, we're no longer able to cater to some meal requests in Economy Class on flights less than two hours.

All Economy Class meals served on these short-haul flights will be vegetarian.

However, if your guest has a specific dietary requirement, a diabetic (DBML), gluten intolerant (GFML), or low-lactose meal (NLML) can still be requested at etihad.com/manage. The request must be placed at least 24 hours before travel.

If special meals are unavailable on a flight, the SSR request will return with a "NO" status on all GDS bookings.

If guests are travelling with children or infants, please advise them that they may wish to bring food and snacks on board, as we we're unable to provide children's meals during the flight. We're always happy to warm up food or babies' bottles if needed.
