Tropical Cyclone Debbie Update

The full list of Jetstar cancellations to/from north-east Queensland for Monday 27 March and Tuesday 28 March is provided below.

All other flights in and out of the region remain as scheduled at this stage.

Please note that the current forecast is for deteriorating conditions from around midday on Monday 27 March.

Townsville Airport has advised it will be closed on Tuesday 28 March, and as a result we will not be operating any of our scheduled flights to/from Townsville that day.

Jetstar will be contacting all passengers on cancelled flights via email or SMS to provide options, including moving to flights on other days or a voucher credit.

Jetstar customers who have been affected by Tropical Cyclone Debbie with bookings from 26 March to 28 March 2017 can contact Jetstar on 13 15 38 to discuss their options for bookings to/from Cairns, Townsville, Hamilton Island, Mackay and Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine).

Jetstar's safety and operations team continues to closely monitor weather forecasts and further Travel Alert updates on the status of our north-east Queensland services will be provided regarding flights to/from the region scheduled in coming days.
