Tigerair Launches New Summer Menu

Tigerair Australia today launches its new summer Tiger Bites inflight menu, featuring the continuation of popular year round favourites and numerous new additions tailored to summertime travel.

New light meal options include the 'tex mex wrap,' 'ritzy roast beef sanga' and the 'posh ham and cheese toasty' to complement Tigerair year round favourites like the 'veggie pastry pack,' 'jumbo all day Turkish,' 'fancy chicken sanga' or the pie and sausage roll 'savoury pastry pack.'

New snacksintroduced for sweet lovers include for the first time, donuts and chocolate coated marshmallow jam wagon wheels.

Tigerair Australia's Commercial Director, Andrew Maister, says the airline is all about providing value and choice for its customers and is continually looking at ways to enhance the customer experience.

"Recently we announced plans to introduce a new world of entertainment by providing customers with paid access to recently released movies and TV titles across all domestic services.*

"Our new summer inflight menu continues to provide an extensive range of affordable hot and cold beverage and menu items to cater for every taste and budget. Dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegan, dairy and nut free are well catered for and there's also merchandise and kids packs on offer for younger travellers.

"Plus, if you pre-order before you fly by booking your menu choice online, you have the added advantage of a being served first as well as access to an additional range of pre-order only meals like 'butter chicken', 'penne and meatballs', 'green curry' and even a 'hot cooked breakfast'.

"As a low cost airline, all of our menu, merchandise and entertainment options are available at great value prices. Fromlight snacks to more hearty meals so there is something for everyone to keep those hunger pangs at bay or to keep you entertained before you reach your destination."
