THAI Reassures Rehabilitation Plan can be submitted by the deadline

Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), revealed that due to the on-going circulation of news regarding the rehabilitation plan of THAI which may cause public confusion, THAI would like to reassure to the public that THAI's Rehabilitation Plan is still in progress without any interruption under supervision of the Bankruptcy Court. The Rehabilitation Plan involves many creditors and complex issues that require consultation from professional advisors and experts in order to submit the Rehabilitation Plan within a limited period.

THAI's planner, management, and staff are all cooperating diligently to ensure that the Rehabilitation Plan will be submitted within the specified time frame. Currently, there are much progress on preparation of the Rehabilitation Plan.
