SWISS posts CHF 4 million loss for the first quarter of 2012

03-May-2012 SWISS generated total operating income of CHF 1,167 million in the first three months of 2012, a 2% improvement on the CHF 1,150 million of the prior-year period. In a tough market environment, however, the company posted a CHF 4 million operating loss for the quarter, compared to a CHF 16 million profit for the same period last year.
