Swedavia’s traffic statistics for September 2021

In September, more than 1.4 million passengers flew via Swedavia's ten airports, a decrease of 61 per cent compared to September 2019, before the Covid pandemic. In September, the recovery in air travel stalled somewhat, but the easing of restrictions in Sweden and in many other countries at the end of the month now paves the way for increased travel. A number of airlines are launching operations at Stockholm Arlanda in the autumn, which will also contribute to the continued recovery in air travel and to increased access.
