Singapore Airlines: General Statement

13-Aug-2015 Singapore Airlines announced in a statement to SGX on 17 March 2015 that it was in discussions on a possible equity investment in South Korea's Jeju Air. The statement added that the discussions may not result in a transaction.

Singapore Airlines wishes to announce that discussions have now ceased and the parties will not be proceeding with a transaction.
