Middle East Airlines-Air Liban announces the resumption of flights to and from Jeddah and Riyadh, as of 16th of September 2020, according to the following schedules, subject to periodical reviews in line with the increase in demand:

All departing passenger to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to board unless they provide
negative PCR test result from verified laboratory and the result must be done not later than 48 hours before arriving to the Kingdom.
All departing passengers must fill and sign the health disclaimer form and passenger must submit this form to the airport health control upon arrival at the airport in the Kingdom
MEA also announces daily flights schedule to and from Paris as of September 18, 2020, in addition to the codeshare flights with Air France.

It is mandatory for all passengers with final destination France to have PCR negative result not exceeding 72h from date of travel. Passengers with no PCR test will undergo a PCR test upon arrival in France and must quarantine for 2 days until they have received results.
Sworn statement and the international travel certificate must be filled and retained by passenger to be presented to airport authorities upon arrival to France.
Passenger Locator form must be filled on board and handed to cabin crew
