Repudiation (denonciation) of Collective Work Agreement

(28-Sep-2012) In accordance with its rights under the current Collective Work Agreement (CWA), Cargolux today announced its decision to repudiate ('dénoncer') the current CWA in force that will expire on 31 December of this year. The airline will commence negotiations with the unions representing employees in order to work towards achieving a level of labor cost and improvement in productivity that will put the airline into a better position to withstand these challenging times in the market, both now and in the future.
