Paterson welcomes Chancellor's decision to reduce air passenger duty for long haul flights

27-Sep-2011 Owen Paterson, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland today, welcomed the announcement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, of reduced Airline Passenger Duty on all direct long haul flights from Northern Ireland from 1 November.
