OECD invites China and Russia to join new aircraft financing agreement

25-Feb-2011 OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría has invited China and Russia to join other countries in implementing a new set of international rules on aircraft financing. This happened during a signing ceremony in Paris today that included all other countries with aviation manufacturing sectors.
