The Company wishes to announce that Sapura Aero Sdn. Bhd. ("SASB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRB had on 21 July 2017 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Lufthansa Technik AG ("Lufthansa Technik"), for the purpose of setting up a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul service provider ("Proposed Company") in the area of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft base maintenance ("Project"), primarily serving the Malaysia, South Asia and Southeast Asia markets.
