Measures taken due to COVID-19
The safety of our customers has always been our top priority, which is why we are in permanent contact with both health and aviation authorities and closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Europe, in order to be able to follow all official guidelines and recommendations.
Face masks
We would like to remind you that the use of a face mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory during all stages of the flight, i.e. when boarding and disembarking and whilst on board. Children over 6 years must also wear face masks. Please note that you will not be able to fly without a mask. Only the following face masks are allowed: surgical, hygienic, cloth with filter and FFP2 without valve.
In compliance with the government guidelines, customers with COVID-19 symptoms must not come to the airport.
Hand luggage
Starting 10 November, a new policy applies to hand luggage. Please, note that if you are travelling with a cabin bag, you should check this link for more and detailed information.
Airport
If you need to check in your luggage or check in at the desks at the airport, please arrive 120 minutes before departure.
Remember, only people who are going to travel are allowed to enter the terminal.

Due to current circumstances, certain countries have different entry or exit requirements which can change frequently and suddenly. Please check here to review the latest requirements for your country of origin or destination.
Information about food and drink onboard
Drinks and snacks will be available onboard with special hygiene measures in place for your safety and comfort. Please note that we only accept cashless payments including card, contactless and digital payments and that we will issue online receipts for all purchases.
Information about terminal changes
- Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER): replacing Berlin Airport (TXL)
- Hamburg Airport (HAM): change to Terminal 2, effective from 28/05/2021
- London Gatwick Airport (LGW): change from terminal S to terminal N
- Munich Airport (MUC): change from terminal 2 to terminal 1, effective from 19/05/2021
- Paris-Orly Airport (ORY): change from terminal 4 to terminal 3
- Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): change from terminal 1 to terminal 3
